I really like this Tailmouth design, but I don't have any use for him unfortunately, so if you'd like him offer anything you want! I take anything except paypal, and I'll tell you whether I'll consider or not, though I would really like to get more than 100 
for him, if you're offering points.
Just some additional things~
He has three piercings on his left eyebrow/eye, and it would be up to you whether you want any on his right
He usually goes without a shirt because his tailmouth would be most unhappy to go through whatever hole he'd put in his pants or his shirt, though if you get him you can put more clothes on him if you want.
He has one tooth that sticks out from his mouth on his left side, which is crooked.
You can decide whether the blue in his hair and tail is natural or not
